Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You will be reimbursed no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Items which have been customised or made to order are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns Policy

I am so sorry that you are unhappy with your item! We strive to resolve any problems, however, in the event that you are unhappy with your item, if the item is not customised, a return will be accepted. Items that have been customised, unfortunately will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns will also be accepted if you wish to exchange an item for a similar item if they haven't been customised.

In the event your order arrives damaged or faulty, you are required to take a picture of the item and it's packaging and sent to our email dahlia.designs.20@gmail.com. You have up to 45 days to return it for a full refund. Faulty items are to be sent back to us before a refund can be given, but postage will be reimbursed back to you. All return windows are valid from the date on which your order arrives with you, not from your order date.
